How does pricing actually work?
It scales with connected devices rather than seats, because that's what actually drives platform cost. Get in touch and we'll size it against your volumes — we'd rather quote something honest than publish a number that doesn't fit your case.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. The people who buy your hardware use the app for free. You're the customer, not them.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes — that's the point of the Product tier. Your customers see your product, not ours.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours and you can export any range to CSV at any time. We don't resell it or use it to train anything.
Do I need to change my hardware?
If you're on ESP32, no — the Arduino and ESP-IDF libraries add the secure channel without a board change. Other platforms can talk to the realtime API directly.
